I've been using the Olympus RecMic II for a awhile now, and I have to say that it works really well. The noise cancelation is great, and the audio is crisp and clear. It's also incredibly easy to use; you can quickly switch between dictations and make changes to the settings a few times a day. This is a great desk-top microphone for the healthcare industry.
